Q - When can I expect to see results following the appointment of Exclusive Retreats as our UK representation company?
A - We are honest and realistic with our clients and normally we would envisage that in the first year of contract, we would concentrate on raising brand and product awareness with the trade and lay down foundations for future co-operation.
In the second and third year, we then expect to have brochure inclusions (if these are not already there) and would then start to see a significant growth in sales. Obviously, the timing of the appointment of any representation company should also be carefully considered, bearing in mind when operators product brochures, etc.
Together, we will build a sales & marketing strategy that will ensure that we do focus our energies initially on the right type of operators to get the best ROI.
