This 4-star plus island is enveloped by soft white sandy beaches, surrounded by the blue tones of the sea and with ample lush vegetation and tropical flowers swaying in the sea breeze. Located in the unspoilt Nilandhoo Atoll, some 35 minutes by seaplane (plus 10 minutes by boat) south of Malé Airport.
The island has been developed with careful consideration of the environment and the accommodation and public areas are surrounded by dense vegetation of palm trees, rubber trees and mangroves, providing privacy and shade from the sun.
The resort has a total of 125 rooms, including Family Rooms, Deluxe Villas and Water Villas. Each room/villa is built to 5-star standards and is built under thatch with wooden decks with loungers. Interiors are understated and have air-conditioning, TV, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and in-room safes. The bathrooms are spacious and include an open-air shower. The main restaurant serves International and Maldivian cuisine in a buffet-style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also the Sunset Restaurant and bar, serving snacks and cocktails.
A variety of water sports are available, including windsurfing, catamarans, canoeing and sailing. There is also a pool table and gymnasium, table tennis and beach volleyball. A fully equipped dive centre offers a complete range of courses and excursions, whilst the resort also offers night fishing, island-hopping to nearby islands (some of them uninhabited) and snorkelling trips.
The spa offers a selection of Asian beauty treatments to relax and pamper.
