This 5 Bedroom 5 Bath home was designed and custom built as a Luxury vacation rental. Your group will appreciate the 3500 plus square feet of living and 2000 feet of outdoor living space and enjoy our year-round private heated pool. This property is perfect for very large groups and can sleep 16 people. Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations so no one feels they got the short end of the stick. The home is located 10 minutes from down town Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National park, 20 Minutes from Canyonlands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing. Note: We do have a special cancellation policy and also offer "cancel for any reason" trip insurance to protect your trip. Just ask us about details. SUITE #1 - King Bed with en-suite bath, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 43" Flat Screen Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate additional guest beds.

SUITE #2 - King Bed with en-suite bath plus Loft with Queen Bed, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 43" Flat Screen Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate additional guest beds.

SUITE #3 - King Bed with en-suite bath, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 43" Flat Screen Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate additional guest beds.

SUITE #4 - Two Queen Beds with en-suite bath plus loft with 2 twin beds, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 43" Flat Screen Smart TV.

SUITE #5 - Queen Bed, flat screen TV.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 4 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8 person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 75" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.

POOL: The pool is heated year round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 95 degrees in the winter. The pool is fully fenced and has a cover for the little ones in the group.

GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. 

BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce court with custom oyster shell for a premium game.

PARKING: There is plenty of parking area for up to 10 Vehicles and places for trailers to park. 

MOTORHOME AND TRAILER HOOKUPS: There is room for a RV and 50 amp power and dump setup on the side of the home.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sun shade. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2021 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fire pit with room for everyone.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a high chair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
