Additionally, the infinity swimming pool will leave you invigorated as you immerse yourself in the truly magnificent panorama, overlooking the waves, beaches, coves, and estuaries of the exquisite Playa Tamarindo.

For your utmost convenience, Villa Paraiso provides a fully staffed experience with daily housekeeping, including a delightful breakfast to start your day. Should you desire it, our skilled chefs are available upon request to cater to your lunch and dinner preferences. Your group will appreciate over 10,000 plus square feet of living and 5,000 feet of outdoor living space in your own gated private retreat. This property is perfect for large groups. This property was created so each room has the comforts of a private hotel suite from flat screen TVs to private patios and outdoor seating areas and air-conditioning with daily housekeeping included with your stay. Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations and has their own personal retreat when they need their alone time. The home is located a short 5-minute walk to downtown Tamarindo. You are walking distance to 30 restaurants, bars, shopping and casino. Included with your stay are 2 4-person golf carts. The Villa comes with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, BBQ and all the normal amenities you would expect at a 5-star resort.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
Outdoor Table can seat 16 people Indoor table can seat 12 people.
The outdoor patio is equipped with a BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting, and outdoor seating.

LIVING ROOM:
The large living space offers plenty of room for your group with comfortable couches and chairs, along with ample table space.

There is a pool with an outdoor shower.

A large BBQ is located next to the kitchen on pool deck.

Daily housekeeping is included with your stay at no additional cost.

PRIVATE CHEF/COOK:
Breakfast is included with your stay.
We can arrange for a private cook to be at the Villa for $200 per day for 12 People (price increases to $350 per day for over 12), plus food costs for lunch and dinner.
Grocery stocking is available for the cost of food, plus a 20% service fee.
Upon request, we can arrange for an Executive Chef to prepare a special meal for you, with average dinner prices ranging from $55 to $120 (including food).
We can also arrange wine pairing from our local sommelier, offering a large selection of high-end wines from around the globe.

NIGHTLY PRICING: Nightly rate is based off of 16-person occupancy. There is an additional $30 per person per night over 16 people.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
