This new 4 Bedroom home was designed, and custom built as a luxury vacation rental. The name Horizon comes from the property having 360-degree views of mountains to red rock desert. Your group will appreciate the 3000 plus square feet of living and 1500 feet of outdoor living space. This property is perfect for very large groups and can sleep 16 people. Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations, so no one feels they got the short end of the stick. This property was built after the success we had with our Exclusive Retreats 5 Bedroom Escape home and is located next door and can be rented together to accommodate even larger groups 30 plus. The home is located 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 20 Minutes from Canyonlands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing. LOFT - 2 Twin Beds

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to 2 additional sleeper sofas in great room and 2 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed and can be placed wherever you would like in the house.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8-person private hot tub and private heated pool.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game.

POOL and 10 PERSON HOT TUB: The pool is heated year-round, and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 95 degrees in the winter.

GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.

GARAGE: 2 Car enclosed Garage

PARKING: There is plenty of parking area for trucks and trailers to park.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Covered patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal Mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sunshade. Sit in the evening around the custom-built fire pit with room for everyone.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
